Job Title: Epoxy Flooring Installers

Location: South Suburbs

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in epoxy flooring installation and a commitment to quality workmanship.

 

Responsibilities:

• Loading and checking your work van to ensure you are bringing the proper material types and amounts for the job

• Prepare and clean surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, shot blasting, sanding.

• Measure and mark surfaces to ensure proper coverage and alignment

• Mix and apply epoxy according to manufacturer’s instructions, using hand tools and power tools as needed and perform various types of repairs.

• Install decorative elements such as flakes, quartz, metallics, urethane and other additives as desired

• Inspect and test installed floors for quality and compliance with standards

• Interacting with customers at the job site to ensure their satisfaction and address their concerns

• Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed

• Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in epoxy flooring installation

• Knowledge of various epoxy products and application techniques

• Ability and willingness to work in various temperatures and weather conditions

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Professional appearance and personality

• Positive attitude
